Ilfirin is an early, invite-only beta. These terms set out what it is, what it isn't, and the basis on which you use it. They are short on purpose — and honest where it matters most: this is coaching grounded in cited research, not medical care.

Invite-only beta, provided "as is."
Ilfirin is early, invite-only beta software. It is hands-on by design and still changing. We provide it "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind — express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We make no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Features may change, break, or be removed; data calculations may contain errors; and the beta may be paused or ended at any time. Ilfirin runs on your own machine and depends on services you control or provide (your computer, your network, your Claude plan, your device accounts), so we cannot promise it will always work.
Coaching, not medical care.
Ilfirin provides general wellness and fitness coaching grounded in cited research. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a licensed clinician. It does not practice medicine and is not a medical device.
Do not use Ilfirin for medical decisions. Always consult your doctor or another qualified health professional before changing your training, diet, supplements, or medications, and for any question about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something Ilfirin told you. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services.
"Ilfirin" is a quiet old word for the long view — a literary long-view name, not a life-extension or anti-aging promise. Ilfirin makes no claim on your lifespan, and nothing here should be read as one.
You own your health and training decisions.
You are responsible for your own health and training decisions. You decide what to act on, and you accept the risks of physical activity and dietary change. Use your judgment, listen to your body, and bring your clinician into anything that warrants it.
You are also responsible for the machine Ilfirin runs on, the accounts you connect, and keeping your own data and credentials secure.
To the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ilfirin and its maker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) Ilfirin — even if advised of the possibility. Because this is free beta software you run yourself, our total liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty or liability exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, those limits apply only as far as the law permits.
Washington law, and updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date below. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
