Request a place in the beta.
Ilfirin is a personal longevity coach that runs on your own computer and reads the wearable and lab panel you already own. The beta is small and hands-on — we set up your instance with you, then hand you the keys no account to create, no newsletter, nothing sold.
Coaching, not medical care — no longevity or anti-aging promise; the name is the long view, not a claim on your lifespan. Ilfirin runs on your own computer, reasoned by Claude (a frontier AI model) through the Claude plan you already pay for, so "no new subscription" means no extra fitness-app fee, not "free": you still need a Claude plan and an always-on machine. Privacy by architecture — no Ilfirin cloud, account, or database. Your records stay in files you own; during a chat, the readings Claude needs pass through Anthropic.
A few readings, not a sign-up.
Three fields, two of them required. There's no account to create — we read this, reply by email, and provision a personalized installer for your machine.
We use your name and email only to contact you about the beta — we don't sell or share them. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Connect once. It reads the devices you already own.
Once you're set up, Ilfirin pulls each device straight to your own machine and unions them into one local log — one place for everything, no manual entry for most of the day's signal. The device you pick above just tells us where to begin.
Most of the passive signal — heart rate, sleep, steps, recovery — is read for you, with no daily form-filling. The remaining slice — food, bloodwork, and how you actually feel — you handle in a quick chat, not a spreadsheet. Garmin reads "community" because Garmin's official program is closed to small developers in practice, so its pull uses a maintained community client, best-effort and disclosed as such. Apple Watch comes in via a phone-side push app (the free Health Auto Export), so it's supported with a one-time setup; only consumer CGM patches (Stelo, Lingo) have no clean path yet and return an honest "unavailable" — a Dexcom/Libre bridge can push glucose in.
What it takes to run, stated plainly.
Two honest paths today, and a third on the way. We tell you which is shipped and which is planned.
Tell us your devices and we'll provision your own instance and send a personalized installer with a guided setup — no command-line expertise needed. For a technical user who'd rather self-host from the start, the first run is about 60–90 minutes terminal required. Either way it's one MCP connector: Claude.ai reaches your instance over a Cloudflare Tunnel with Cloudflare Access in front, or you run it fully local against Claude Desktop with no tunnel at all.
What you bring:
- An always-on computer — Windows, Mac, or Linux — to hold your records and serve the dashboard.
- A Claude plan you already pay for. Ilfirin adds no AI fee of its own.
- The wearable accounts you already have — Fitbit / Google, Withings, Garmin.
A bundled desktop installer (Python plus a wizard) targeting under 15 minutes with no terminal is on the roadmap — flagged as planned, not promised.
Email works too.
Skip the form and tell us about yourself in your own words. Same inbox, same real reply — whatever's easiest for you.
No account. No newsletter. Nothing sold. An early, invite-only beta — not a finished product, and not pretending to be.
